Thanks for your email. You make good points and I am leaning towards opposition. In addition, I believe this bill is a step closer by the Governor to close the ISD. He was cold hearted enough to close the Indiana Children’s Home and put those kids on the streets. He will have no problem doing the same to the children at ISD.
